Contract & Agreement Policy Statement

We believe in clear communication and fair partnerships. To protect everyone involved, all consulting services, collaborations, and project work must be confirmed with a signed agreement before work begins. If your project does not suit our goals, MM Education Consulting will provide guidance on whom you may contact instead.

 

Our agreements outline:

• Scope of work: what we are delivering and for how long.

• Payment terms: fees, timelines, and reimbursement of expenses (if applicable).

• Confidentiality and privacy: how sensitive information is protected.

• Ownership of work: who holds rights to materials created, or if it is shared.

• Termination process: how either party can end the agreement in ethical ways.

 

MM Education Consulting holds the right to refuse work if no agreement is signed, and no work will begin until a mutually signed agreement is in place.
